Payment can also be made by money order, but please note the following:
FOR CUSTOMERS IN NORTH AMERICA (U.S., CANADA & MEXICO)
If you located in the U.S., please use a standard U.S. Postal Money Order. These are easily purchased through your local post office, for a ($.90) processing fee. If you are located in Canada or Mexico, please use an International Postal Money Order, from the country in which you live. Check with your local post office for specifics, but it should be very similar to the U.S. procedure. Also, remember to include shipping (First Class in U.S. or Air Mail to Canada & Mexico) is $2.00 (+ $1.00 for each additional CD).
FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA
If you are located outside of North America, please use an International Postal Money Order, from the country in which you live. Check with your local post office for specifics, but it should be very similar to the U.S. procedure. Also, remember to include International Air Mail (all countries) is $5.00 (+ $2.00 for each additional CD).
